OCBC wanted to communicate its commitment to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Fair Dealings guidelines.

 

Trust in banks has taken a nosedive since the collapse of the Lehman Brothers in 2008. As such, people need to know that their money is safe and taken care of especially in economic uncertainties.

 

Armed with that insight, we developed the campaign proposition: Forward Thinking. Our campaign aims to send the message that OCBC is fair in their dealings by Always Being One Step Ahead, each execution tagged with the slogan: OCBC Ever Ready. This gives OCBC an edge over it’s way of fair dealing from other banks in Singapore.

 

The campaign targets several OCBC audiences (Personal Banking, Internal Staff, Premier Banking, SME Clients), each communicating a different Fair Dealing outcome.
